Due to the intimate nature of our products, items that have been opened or had their seals broken cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.

Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Pack Securely
Place the item in a discreet shipping box and clearly write your RA number on the outside of the package to avoid processing delays.
